In June 2020, in response to Covid-19, we distributed parcels containing blankets, masks and sanitizers, baby and adult diapers, and prepaid electricity vouchers to some 200 needy people in Dobsonville, Soweto. They included unemployed single mothers; disabled and elderly people; young girls; and victims of GBV. The programme is funded by Gender Links, UKAID and the Southern Africa Trust.
